The Director of User Acquisition Marketing is responsible for evaluating, developing, and driving profitable user acquisition strategies globally through various channels such as SEM, Affiliation, Redirected traffic from Software Vendors and API partnerships with large websites.
Main responsibilities are:
Build the Traffic Acquisition department from scratch, hiring the missing people and defining team structure and processes.

Strategic planning including market and competitive analysis.

Definition of market penetration plans for each of the managed channels.

Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing acquisition programs, channels and activities.
P&L ownership

Experiencia mínima: Más de 5 años

Requisitos mínimos: - More than 7 years of online marketing experience
- Must have 3+ years on an international senior management position leading traffic acquisition through SEM, Display Advertising and/or Affiliate Marketing.
- Expertise leading and managing large P&L for online marketing acquisition and retention programs ($10+ million yearly investment)
- Quantifiable proven success increasing traffic/ sales/ revenue via development and implementation of best-practice marketing acquisition programs.
- Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
- Strong planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business (competitive) strategy.
- Strong digital marketing expertise with a deep understanding of current B2C and B2B customer acquisition channels.
- Willingness to be very hands-on with marketing technology, creative processes and marketing metrics.

Requisitos deseados: - Digital agency-side experience a plus
