As a key leader in this rapidly growing business the Head of Sales will build out a top flight international advertising sales team and drive significant revenue growth for Softonic.com Global Network. The Head of Sales, Client Development, serves as a critical member of the Global Sales management team within Softonic International. The Head of Sales, Client Development is responsible for the fulfillment and delivery of all contracted advertising services and customer facing account support, development and retention services. The Head of Sales, Client Development is also responsible for partnering with all Product Owners, Developers and Business Leadership to develop and improve product feature sets, performance and delivery technology strategy, implementation plans, adoption methodologies and operational support for Advertisers. Position responsibilities: Will lead a team of Client Development Executives charged with delivering high quality, consultative, cost effective services including campaign forecasting/RFP development, media planning, campaign optimization and client retention. Guides and directs the productivity and day to day operations of a staff of 7-10, delivering interactive media services for Independent Software Vendors, Ad Agencies and Global Brands with turnover in excess of ¿12,000.000 per annum. Accountable for adherence to Sales CRM Standards, contract fulfillment, inventory monetization, problem management, enhancement and client feature set request, SLA management, terms and insertion order conditions compliance. The Head of Sales, Client Development also develops policies, procedures and strategies to administer internal Client Development standards that conform to IAB industry standards and best practices. The Head of Sales, Client Development develops plans to support ongoing and future Sales goals including Client lifecycle, growth and retention strategies. The Head of Sales, Client Development coordinates with Sales, Sales Operations, developers, and project teams to determine and request client support requirements. Develop and manage relationships throughout the organization to reinforce a culture of service and collaboration. Client Development Executives reporting to Head of Sales, Client Development will work to identify potential new revenue opportunities within existing Client relationships and notify respective RSM or Sales Executive of the specific or proposed purpose of re-engaging the Client for pricing, negotiation, terms and conditions. Performs other duties as assigned or requested, including but not limited to representing Softonic International at selected Media conferences and On-Site Client meetings which may require overnight travel. |
