| Descripción de la oferta: | With more than 100 million monthly users, Softonic is the European choice for software downloading, currently available in 10 languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Polish, Dutch and soon we will offer much more. We are currently looking for a new member of our Quality Assurance Team. Your main tasks will be the following: - Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents. - Provide the QA Manager with accurate and precise estimates for assigned task duration, along with confidence levels and foreseeable dependencies. - Develop, document and execute test cases for the product under test. - Effectively communicate testing activities and findings in oral and written formats. - Focus on the important testing and project priorities as agreed-upon with the QA and Project managers. Assist in the gathering and formatting of information for test results reporting. - Perform the overseeing of all reported bugs in the bug tracking system for the projects assigned. |
Requisitos
| Estudios mínimos: | Ingeniero Superior - Ingeniero en Informática |
| Experiencia mínima: | Al menos 2 años |
| Requisitos mínimos: | - 2 yearsof experience in test engineering, developing and executing test cases, test tools, and test suites. - 1 year Windows test experience or expertise in Windows technology. - More than 3 years experience in Internet technologies like HTML, JS, streaming audio/video, browsers, etc. - Internet test experience is a must. - Advanced level of English, oral and written. |
| Requisitos deseados: | - Familiarity of the underlying architecture of a multi-tier browser-based application, including operating systems, servers, networking, clients, and browsers. - Certification in testing tools or testing skills (ISTQB, CSQA, etc). - Experience with bug tracking systems (Mercury, Rational, Bugzilla, Jira, Redmine, etc.). - Database knowledge. - Programming skills. |
